### Qualifications:
- Current Mortgage Loan Originator license, or willingness to obtain one and complete the necessary training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team member.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous mortgage industry experience is a plus, but not required.
