About the Role
We are seeking a Banking and AR Specialist with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to exceeding expectations. This role emphasizes banking responsibilities, ensuring smooth financial operations and outstanding service to clients and internal stakeholders. In this position, you will also be responsible for the company’s accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection monitoring, analysis and reporting.  

Primary Responsibilities

• Banking: Reconcile accounts, manage daily cash flow, process payments (wires, ACH, checks), and maintain banking relationships.
• Banking Operations and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking matters, fostering strong relationships with bank representatives and managing day-to-day operations, including ACH transactions, deposits, EFT transactions, wire transfers, and account management (opening/closing).
• Fraud Prevention: Monitor transactions for irregularities and implement safeguards.
• Accounts Receivable: Issue and reconcile invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting: Prepare banking and receivables reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Client Support: Resolve billing questions and ensure excellent service delivery.

Essential Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in banking and/or accounts receivable.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and processes.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and confident with VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, SUMIFS formulas .
