Location: Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum. This is a hybrid opportunity.
Shift : 2:00 PM -11:00 PM IST

As an AI/ML Engineer III , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and systems that solve complex problems. We will count on you to focus on delivering the vision of the customer through process, development, and lifecycle and will collaborate with customer cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into their products and services. Along the way, you will get to:

• Rewrite existing ML models and mathematical algorithms into a Spark-based framework e.g., route optimization using “traveling salesman algorithm”
• Build and train new and existing models using reinforcement learning
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.
• Conduct research to identify suitable machine learning frameworks, tools, and techniques.
• Train and fine-tune models to achieve optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and model deployment.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
• Document model development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on designing and deploying Machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark in Databricks with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Through understanding of MLOps/MLflow, handling Model bias, drift and Model degeneration etc.
• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data, including data cleaning and preprocessing
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud for model deployment
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, probability, and linear algebra
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools
