CRB Consultants is a credit repair company that focuses making sure that consumers receive the best service when working on improving the health of their credit reports while repairing and reestablishing their credit. We work to improve our clients credit reports so that those initial Denials prior to repairing and rebuilding their credit can turn into Approvals after weve worked diligently to repair their credit.

Job description:

CRB is a fastgrowing company dedicated to providing toptier services in the financial credit industry. Were looking for an organized proactive and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations. If youre a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities this position is a great fit!

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daytoday administrative tasks coordinating schedules supporting department needs and assisting with special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including managing emails phone calls and scheduling
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings events and travel arrangements as needed
  • Support department heads with daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with project management and maintain task lists for team members
  • Conduct basic research and data entry as requested
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting preferred
